Yellow rice



Ingredients

    • 1 kg Keeri Samba Rice
    • 2 Cups of pure coconut milk
    • Cardamom
    • Cinnamon
    • Turmeric powder
    • 50g Butter
    • Pandan leaves
    • 100g Onion

    Method of making


    1. Wash and boil the rice well.


    2. Crush the cardamom and cinnamon and Wrap it in a clean cloth.


    3. Take a large pot large enough to cook the rice, add a little butter to it, and when it is hot, add the finely chopped onions and fry until they are cooked. Add the pandan leaves pieces to the same.


    4. Then add Turmeric powder mixed coconut milk to it. When the coconut milk is hot, add the washed rice to it and cook on low heat.

    the covered cardamom and cinnamon place inside the rice cooker.


    5. Once cooked, pour into cups while still hot and pack into containers.

     (Suini Sambola, Chicken Curry, Batu Moju are suitable for this rice.)
