Chicken Korma
- 500g Chicken (breast)
- 4 Tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 3 Tablespoons of butter
- 3 pieces cardamom
- 3 pieces Cloves
- Cinnamon
- 1 knob ginger peeled
- 1 tea spoon fennel seeds
- 1 tea spoon cumin seeds
- 1 tea spoon garlic (chopped)
- 3 onions
- 2 Tomatos
- 1 tea spoon of coriander powder
- 1 tea spoon Turmeric powder
- 1 tea spoon Chilli powder
- 2 tablespoon of blended cashews
- Cups of curd
- Coriander leaves
- Salt to tast
Method of making
1. First, add the seasoning ingredients and let the meat season.
2. After half an hour, fry the seasoned meat and put it in another container.
3. Put some butter in a pot.
4. When it is hot, add cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, fennel seeds
cumin seeds, and ginger and fry well.
5. Then add the salt mentioned and cook on low heat. Add the fried meat, add the cashew paste and tomato pieces, cook on low heat for a few minutes and add the beaten curd.
Taste, remove from heat, garnish with coriander leaves, and serve hot.
