How to make the delicious paste

Fry all the above ingredients in a pan and grind them well.

Method of making

  1. Wash the fish well, cut it into fairly large pieces, add turmeric and lime juice, and set aside.
  2. Then take a bowl and add the ground : pepper, red onion, ground delicious paste, salt, ginger, garlic, cinnamon, mix well and add 4 cups of water.
  3. Then take a flat dry plate, spread a banana leaf on it, spread curry leaves on top of it, and spread the fish pieces on top. Then pour the prepared pastry on it and put curry leaves and pandan leaves pieces on top.
  4. Then place it on the stove and cook on high heat for about 5 minutes, cover it, remove the lid, add 3 tablespoons of oil and cook for about 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Add salt to taste.

 (This can be stored for about 2 weeks)
